Delivery conditions

Your order will be shipped the same day or the following day after receipt of payment. Delivery time is typically two to three days. We retain title to the goods until full payment is received.

Packaging & Shipping

We charge a flat rate of €4.95 for packaging and shipping. We ship everything climate-neutrally via DHL.

For the sake of the environment, we also reuse used boxes for shipping. This saves resources and avoids unnecessary waste – ensuring your package reaches you safely and sustainably.
